Prior to SimpleLegal, Mark held CEO and other leadership roles where he contributed to several notable successes, including the growth of Cisco’s TelePresence video business from startup to $1B and the $420M acquisition of Savi Technology.

Melanie is the Vice President of Customer Success & Professional Services at SimpleLegal where her passion for managing people, developing employees, and building teams and processes is critical for scaling service operations through significant organic growth.

Melanie came to SimpleLegal from Zywave, a leader in the Insuretech space. She lead teams responsible for the customer implementation experience and ongoing technical support for 15,000+ customers through multiple acquisitions and international expansion.

Shri is the Vice President of Product at SimpleLegal, where he is responsible for the product strategy and focused on delivering the highest quality of user experience. Shri brings over two decades of experience as a product leader in B2B and B2C industries.

Prior to SimpleLegal, Shri was the Senior Director of Product at RiseSmart, where he launched several products including their flagship product, RiseSmart Insight, that won the prestigious HR Tech award in 2017. Aside from his incredible product leadership experience, Shri is active in the product management community, helping to educate others through his blog and other thought-leadership activities.

Craig leads Sales at SimpleLegal where he is responsible for the growth and expansion of new customers. In performing his role, Craig works closely with all stakeholders providing input into product and market strategy, along with driving clarity to SimpleLegal’s mission to help corporate legal teams deliver stronger results to the business with legal operations. Craig spent over 20 years in legal technology and brings deep industry expertise to SimpleLegal.

Prior to SimpleLegal, Craig was overseeing commercial operations at ProVation Medical where he led all aspects of customer sales and buying process. During his tenure at ProVation the business doubled its client base and achieved record sales numbers.

Lauren is the Vice President of Marketing at Simplelegal. She leads the marketing team with a focus on accelerating demand and revenue through strategic marketing programs, differentiated brand experiences, and empathetic leadership.

Prior to SimpleLegal, Lauren brings more than a decade of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, and search engine optimization. She’s developed and led both marketing and business development teams to define and deliver go-to-market strategies that grow market share and build customer loyalty.

Anggie is the Head of Client Support at SimpleLegal and has a passion for quickly solving problems, optimizing operations, and customer advocacy. She is a hands-on leaders who builds high-performing teams that result in customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Anggie is passionate about leading teams that embody ownership and accountability, and develops talent to align with career aspirations. She is actively involved in SimpleLegal and Onit’s Women’s Network and serves as a member of the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Chris Wong is the Director of Software Engineering at SimpleLegal with over 20 years of application design and development experience. He is responsible for managing multiple engineering teams, developing talent and establishing a collaborative culture focused on detailed and quality execution.
